Cancellation & Rescheduling
To request a cancellation or rescheduling, reply to your confirmation email or call the practice. You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. Only one date or time change is permitted. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a refund of online card prepayments, less the bank's non-refundable 2% transaction fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the event of a no-show, the prepaid amount is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. a medical emergency), please contact us by phone.
Refunds
Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 days. We return 98% of the amount paid; the remaining 2% is the bank's non-refundable transaction fee.
